Plan Limits

Limits by plan for conversations, messages, storage, and more

Plan limits vary by subscription. Check your Billing page for your current plan.

Viewing Your Usage

  1. Go to Settings > Usage
  2. See current usage vs limits
  3. Alerts appear when approaching limits

When Limits Are Reached

  • Conversations/Messages - Widget may stop accepting new chats until next billing cycle or plan upgrade
  • Storage - May need to remove content or upgrade
  • Seats - Cannot add users until upgrade
  • Smart Assists - Help Center AI authoring paused until renew

Upgrading

To increase limits:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Choose a higher plan or add-on
  3. Changes apply at next billing cycle (or immediately for add-ons)
