Plan Limits
Limits by plan for conversations, messages, storage, and more
Plan limits vary by subscription. Check your Billing page for your current plan.
Common Limits

Viewing Your Usage
- Go to Settings > Usage
- See current usage vs limits
- Alerts appear when approaching limits
When Limits Are Reached
- Conversations/Messages - Widget may stop accepting new chats until next billing cycle or plan upgrade
- Storage - May need to remove content or upgrade
- Seats - Cannot add users until upgrade
- Smart Assists - Help Center AI authoring paused until renew
Upgrading
To increase limits:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Choose a higher plan or add-on
- Changes apply at next billing cycle (or immediately for add-ons)
