Understanding Your Dashboard

Navigate the Goldilocks dashboard and understand key metrics

The dashboard is your command center for monitoring your AI support agent's performance and activity.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you'll see the main dashboard with key metrics and recent activity.

Key Metrics

  • Total Conversations - Number of chat sessions in the selected period
  • Messages - Total messages exchanged between customers and your AI
  • Resolution Rate - Percentage of conversations resolved without escalation
  • Average Response Time - How quickly your AI responds to queries

Recent Activity

The dashboard shows recent conversations and any items requiring attention, such as:

  • Unresolved conversations
  • Pending content approvals
  • New rundown summaries

Main Sidebar

The sidebar provides access to all major features:

Role-Based Access

Some features are only visible to certain roles:

  • Admins see all features including AI Agents and Insights
  • Document Managers can manage knowledge base content
  • Document Submitters can add content pending approval

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

  • View the latest rundown summary
  • Jump to recent conversations
  • Check your usage against plan limits
  • Access onboarding tasks (if incomplete)

Onboarding Checklist

New accounts see an onboarding checklist in the sidebar. Complete these tasks to get the most out of Goldilocks:

  1. Add your first document
  2. Create at least one FAQ
  3. Configure your persona
  4. Customize your widget
  5. Install the widget on your site

The checklist disappears once all tasks are complete, but you can skip it at any time.
