Common Tasks
Update Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select new plan
- Confirm and pay difference (if upgrading)
Invite a Team Member
- Go to Settings > Users
- Click Invite User
- Enter email and select role
- Send invitation
Change Escalation Email
- Go to Settings > Escalation
- Update email address
- Save changes
