Common Tasks

Update Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm and pay difference (if upgrading)

Invite a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter email and select role
  4. Send invitation

Change Escalation Email

  1. Go to Settings > Escalation
  2. Update email address
  3. Save changes
