Goldilocks respects the intellectual property rights of others. Our customers upload content (documents, FAQs, knowledge base articles) to the Service. If you believe that content hosted on or transmitted through Goldilocks infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please follow the process below.
To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

For jurisdictions that recognise the DMCA (United States), we will process valid notices in accordance with applicable law. For other jurisdictions (including Australia), we will respond to valid infringement claims in accordance with local law.
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or misidentified infringement claim, you may send a counter-notification. It must include:

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice when we reasonably believe content infringes third-party rights.
Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability. We may seek damages and legal fees from anyone who submits a frivolous or bad-faith notice.
