Why we built Goldilocks
We run a Shopify app with thousands of merchants. Our support agent was burning out answering the same questions over and over.
We tried other AI chatbots -they would confidently provide incorrect answers. We tried outsourcing -they didn't understand our product. We tried hiring -months of training, then they'd leave.
So we built Goldilocks for ourselves. An AI agent that only answers from our actual documentation. No more guessing. Just reliable facts.
