We'll never cut off your users. Overages are billed at the rate for your plan. You can also upgrade mid-cycle if you're consistently going over.

What counts as a "message"?

Each AI response counts as one message. When your contact sends a question and Goldilocks replies, that's one message billed. Contact messages don't count—only AI responses do.

What are Smart Assists?

Smart Assists are AI-powered tools that help you build and maintain your knowledge base. They include FAQ suggestions from conversations, content verification, contradiction detection, and tag suggestions. Each plan includes a monthly allocation.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade instantly and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
