We'll never cut off your users. Overages are billed at the rate for your plan. You can also upgrade mid-cycle or purchase message token packs.
What counts as a "message"?
Each AI response counts as one message. When your contact sends a question and Goldilocks replies, that's one message billed. Contact messages don't count - only AI responses do.
What are Smart Assists?
Smart Assists are AI-powered tools that help you build and maintain your knowledge base. They include FAQ suggestions from conversations, content verification, contradiction detection, and tag suggestions. Each plan includes a monthly allocation, and you can purchase more anytime.
