What happens if I go over my answer limit?
We'll never cut off your users. Overages are billed at the rate for your plan. You can also upgrade mid-cycle or purchase answer credits.
What counts as an "answer"?
Each successful AI response counts as one answer. When your contact sends a question and Goldilocks replies, that's one answer billed. Contact messages, failed replies, and system messages don't count.
What are Smart Assists?
Smart Assists are AI-powered tools that help you build and maintain your knowledge base. They include FAQ suggestions from conversations, content verification, contradiction detection, and tag suggestions. Each plan includes a monthly allocation, and you can purchase more anytime.
